The Dramatists Guild believes that everyone who works in the theater--from actors, to directors, to designers, to stagehands, to playwrights--is entitled to a fair contract. We are pleased that Local One and the League of American Theaters and Producers returned to the bargaining table and hammered out a deal, fair to both sides, which ended the current work stoppage and turned the lights of Broadway back on.
